Yes. Townhouses, semis, and low-rise condos are routine for us. We also clean Barrie condos, mid-rise, and commercial buildings using a water-fed pole that reaches about three storeys from the ground and an articulating boom lift for taller work, up to roughly six storeys. Our crew is Working-at-Heights certified and we carry $2 million liability plus WSIB. The one method we do not use is rope access, which is reserved for true high-rise towers. A bungalow in the south end is around $300 for inside and out, or $150 to $200 if you only want the outside cleaned. Custom builds and lakefront homes with picture windows run $400 and up. We always send the number before we start so there are no surprises.

We clean exteriors down to about minus 5 with a special cold-weather solution, but it is not our favourite time of year for it. Interior cleaning runs all winter. Most Barrie customers prefer a spring clean in late April or May once the road salt and grit have come off, then a fall clean in October.
