Daily routes are dispatched the day before, not at 6 AM. You know where you’re going and what you’re earning before you wake up.
Pure-water system, modern tools
No more hand-squeegeeing two-storey exteriors in February. We use water-fed pole gear and the equipment is maintained, not held together with zip ties.

You’re covered on every job. Liability and WSIB are sorted before you set foot on a ladder.
Repeat customers, not knock-and-runs
Most of our work is families that book annually. You’re building relationships in your own neighbourhood, not chasing one-off leads.
Who we're looking for.
- You show up on time and your truck doesn’t look like a laundry hamper.
- You can carry on a normal conversation with a customer without making it weird.
- You’re okay working at heights and you actually use the safety gear.
- You have a valid Ontario G or G2 (we’ll talk about vehicle situations on the call).
- Bonus if you’ve done any of: window cleaning, eaves / gutter work, roofing, painting, landscaping.
What we offer.
Hourly base plus performance pay on the days you out-earn the hourly rate. End-of-day pay summaries on your phone so you always know what you made.
Most of our crew works Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday during peak window-cleaning season (April to June and September to early November). Winter shifts shift to gutter cleanouts and Christmas light installs.
We pay on time, every two weeks. Direct deposit. Tips from customers go to the crew that did the job, not into some pool.
