Window cleaning in Wasaga Beach.
Beach houses, year-round homes, and rental cottages from the main strip out to Allenwood and Shore Lane. Sand and lake spray are the local enemy and we clean for it specifically. Based in Horseshoe Valley, about 35 minutes up through Elmvale, with no charge for the drive.
Where we work in Wasaga
Wasaga splits into the beach side and the back side. Along the water - Beach Areas 1 through 6, the cottages off Shore Lane, the homes facing the Nottawasaga River - the glass deals with blowing sand and bay spray all summer. Back from the beach, in Wasaga Sands and the year-round neighbourhoods off Sunnidale and River Road, it is closer to a normal subdivision clean. We cover the whole town, and a lot of our summer work is rental turnovers near the strip.

What it costs in Wasaga Beach
Seasonal cottages tend to be smaller and price lower than a year-round home. River-facing and newer builds run higher for the glass. We send the real number before we book.
- Seasonal cottage near the beach, inside and out: $200 to $350 depending on glass count. Most of the smaller places off Shore Lane and the beach-area streets.
- Year-round home in Wasaga Sands or off Sunnidale: $350 to $450 inside and out. Exterior-only is $150 to $250.
- River-facing or larger newer build with walls of glass: $450 and up. Picture windows facing the Nottawasaga or the bay usually need the hard-water treatment for the spray film.
No travel charge anywhere in Wasaga Beach. Rental turnover schedules, end-of-season closing cleans, and heavy sand-etch haze get quoted to the property.
FAQs for Wasaga Beach homeowners
Do you clean rental cottages between guests?
Yes, and it is a big part of what we do in Wasaga in summer. Beach rentals turn over fast and the glass takes a beating from sand, sunscreen handprints, and lake spray. We can clean on a turnover schedule between bookings so the place shows well in listing photos. Give us the calendar and we work around the guest changeovers. Owners on the main strip and Shore Lane usually book us monthly through July and August.
How fast can you get to Wasaga Beach?
About 35 minutes from our base in Horseshoe Valley, straight up through Elmvale. We run a Wasaga and Collingwood loop most weeks in the summer, so same-week is normal and we can often slot beach-area jobs together on one day. No travel charge for the drive.
Why does beach-house glass get so cloudy?
Two things the rest of Simcoe County does not deal with the same way. Fine sand blows up off the beach and etches into the glass over a season, and the constant spray off Georgian Bay dries into a mineral haze. A regular wipe just grinds the sand across the surface. We rinse the sand off first with the pure-water pole before any brush touches the glass, then clean, so nothing scratches. Heavily hazed glass that has gone a few summers gets the hard-water treatment.
What does window cleaning cost in Wasaga Beach?
A standard year-round home off Sunnidale or in the Wasaga Sands area runs $350 to $450 inside and out. Seasonal cottages near the beach are usually smaller, $200 to $350 depending on glass count. Larger newer builds and the homes along the Nottawasaga River with walls of glass facing the water run $450 and up. We always quote before we start.
Can you do an end-of-summer clean before we close the cottage?
That is one of our busiest Wasaga jobs in September. After Labour Day the strip empties out, the summer sand and salt-spray film is at its worst, and people want the place clean before they shut it for the season. Book the closing clean early because the second half of September fills up fast with cottage owners doing the same thing.
