Horseshoe Valley village is our home base, so we are there almost every day. From there the schedule covers the whole township: the chalet-style homes around the resort, the country estates along Line 4, Line 7, and Line 11, the lakeside properties on Bass Lake and Lake Simcoe's south shore, and the older farmhouses in Edgar, Coulson, and Sugarbush. Burl's Creek properties get done on the same day we are out for the rural routes.
Country properties tend to run larger than city subdivisions, so our Oro-Medonte numbers come in a touch higher than Barrie on average. We always send a real number before we start.

Chalet-style place where the whole front elevation is glass to take in the hill. That wall is the reason the house was bought and the first thing to film over from wind and road grit off the valley road. Poled from the ground so nothing rests on the cedar cladding.
Older estate home set back off the bay, large panes in wide painted frames. Frames and sills wiped as part of the clean rather than as an add-on, because on a house like that the frame is half of what you see from the driveway.
Rural lots on well water, so sprinkler overspray leaves mineral deposits along the bottom of the glass. Cleaned as normal, then the hard water treated separately. We are based in Horseshoe Valley, so none of these is a special trip.

Yes. Line 4, Line 7, Line 11 toward Hawkestone, the back roads up off Bass Lake Side Road, the long driveways at Burl's Creek. Anywhere accessible by a regular road we cover at the same rate as Horseshoe Valley village. No rural travel surcharge. The only properties we have to look at first are the genuinely off-grid ones up logging roads.
Country properties tend to run larger than city subdivisions, so the numbers reflect that. A standard rural bungalow with attached garage runs $300 to $400 inside and out. A larger country two-storey on five-plus acres with multiple roof lines is $400 to $600. Estate properties with full-wall picture windows facing Horseshoe Valley or Bass Lake get quoted after we walk the property.
We do residential homes around the resort, including the chalet-style properties on the side roads off Horseshoe Valley Road. For the resort buildings themselves and large-scale commercial accounts, that is usually a separate contract through their facilities team.
