Yes, and a lot of them. Lake spray off Couchiching dries to a mineral film on the lake-facing glass that a garden hose will not touch. Our pure-water system leaves no spotting and we have a separate process for the heavier hard-water staining you get on cottages that have been ignored for a season or two. Bring it up when you book.
A bungalow in the West Ridge area runs around $300 inside and out, or $150 to $200 for exterior only. A two-storey in Atherley or the streets up off the Lakeshore is usually around $400. Lakefront homes with big picture windows facing the water are $400 and up, depending on glass count.
Yes. Atherley, Washago, and the country roads in between are part of our regular Tuesday and Thursday Orillia routes. No travel fee. Properties that are genuinely off-grid or up logging roads we have to look at first, but anywhere accessible from a normal road we cover at the same rate as downtown Orillia.
